block huggers on my 86 c10

Right now i have headman longtubes and what to switch them out to some ceramic coated block huggers for some ground clearance. With i drop the truck now(air suspension) the headers hit everywhere i know i can just lift it but its a pain in the butt you know i just want to cruise low and not worry about the headers hitting. Plus the header are are all rusted looking and making my engine compartment look bad. Yesterday i hit a pot hole and and hit my header and now it has an exhaust leak sound nasty.
