General Motors Corporation, warrants to the purchaser for the time and/or
mileage indicated that it will repair or replace, as it's option, using new or
remanufactured parts, any GM Goodwrench Service Replacement Engine that
fails due to defect in material or workmanship.

GM GOODWRENCH PASSENGER CAR
and LIGHT TRUCK DUTY (SERIES 10) 1/2-ton only
Dealer Installed: 36 Months or 50,000 Miles (whichever occurs first); 18 Months Unlimited Miles
Over the Counter: 36 Months or 50,000 Miles (whichever occurs first); 12 Months Unlimited Miles
This warranty covers the cost of parts and labor and begins on the date of installation by an authorized GM Dealer, or the date of sale when sold over-the-counter by an authorized GM Dealer to an independent repair center or purchaser.
