Help Carburator is spitting gas out Throttle

I bought this rebuilt carb a few weeks ago. Motor is freshly rebuilt and when I started the truck up for the first time carburator seemed to be working good. We encountered some problems with engine so we stopped working on it for about 4 weeks. This past weekend when I started the motor again gas started pouring out of the carburator, so I had someone check it out to see if the floater was stuck but it wasnt. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what it could be. Any help is appreciated.

Thanks
