Rear Wheel Chatter

Every once in awhile and usually when making a low-speed turn from a stop- one of my rear wheels will chatter and the truck shudders until I get out of the turn. It almost feels like the rearend is trying to push the truck straight even though I'm turning. According to my SPID I don't have a Posi, but that doesn't mean the diff wasn't swapped out. I'm gonna pop the rear cover off this weekend and see what exactly is back there. While I'm at it- what should I look for that might be causing this issue? Could it be a posi unit that is going south on me or would a one-tire-frier do this as well under certain conditions?
