Help me decide...Time or money?
Decided to go with a 67 GMC front clip on my 72 K20 project. I'm getting close to paint on my project, and need to score a front clip pretty soon.
So the question is, am I better off holding out for a decent used GM front clip or combination of hood/fenders, and spend the time to prep, fix rust and clean up, or is it worth the money to buy new repros, taking the chance with fitment and lesser gauge metal? New hoods alone are going for $400+ Any preference on vendors? I saw one vendor advertising fenders with new tooling?
