Newbie with a few questions (easy ones)

Just started a new project with my step son, it's a 1968 C10 lwb. Nice clean truck, and he has plenty of ideas for it. I've got a fairly well equiped shop and lots of experience with hot rods. Enough of that, now with the questions:

We are getting ready to pull the cab, just a general ideal of how much the cab weights (stripped).

Also, he likes the custom grille that goes all the way across the front of the truck and hides the headlights behind the grille. Any info on these would be great.
