67cst i love summertime Join Date: Jul 2002 Location: Kelowna BC Posts: 4,303	alternator mounting to exhaust manifold hey guys, i have a 67 327 and the alternator mounts on the drivers side, there are 2 bolts on the front of the stock exhaust manifold and i wanna go with headers but keep the old style water pump, alt brackets and p.s setup, i heard that you can get an adaptor sorta thing so you can keep the stock stuff..has anyone done this..or have pics? thanks, Derek __________________ 1967 shortbox stepside Chevy, 365 hp 327, th400.
