dead in the water

well the old truck left me dead in the water last night.. got it running pretty darn good after Imacarguytoo helped us figure out the one of the accelorator pump was sticking. Drove it around for about 2 hours and decided to take it into town. Drove around for about another hour in town and was on my way back when it just shut off like it ran out of gas. It would start and run and then die like it was running out of gas so I put a new fuel pump on and then I guess I flooded it trying to get it started again so we had it towed and as soon as it was off the flat bed it fired right up. Now it seems like the accelorator pump is sticking but it's not and has a rough spot off idel. any ideas? But all in all it's dang fast with the supercharger and you get a dobble take when people walk by with the hood open at the parts store.
