Frame repair and 67 p/s conversion

Hey everyone, so I have the body off my truck so I decided that Id fix my frame and correctly install a 69-later sytle power steering box. When I first got the truck someone had installed a car power steering box. Since on a car the box mounts to the inside of the frame rail they welded a piece of 6"x6" square tube to the frame rail and installed the box inside the tube. I guess they wanted a quicker ratio box. Reguardless of why they did it they beat the hell out of the frame rail to make the tube sit flush.

After looking at the damage I decided it would be best to replace the entire side of the frame rail in that section. Also my frame doesnt have the "bump in" to clear the power steering box so I figured I could intergrate the "bump in" into the new piece. Heres as far as I got before running out of welding wire.
