Question 37x12.50x16.5 wrangler mt

I have a chance to get military surplus 37x12.50x16.5 wrangler mt tires with 90% tread for $75 apiece.
What is everyones opinion of these tires?
Is this a good price?
How do they work offroad(in the mud/on rocks)?
How do they wear on the street?

If you have these, could you post a picture of them on your truck?

I figure that if they are good enough for Uncle Sam they should be good enough for my beater, but I would be interested in anybody else's ideas!
