rear air bag set-up on trailing arms

Ok guys ... here is the status as of today. I can't do these for $10 per pair.

The costs are gonna be closer to $10 per washer due to:

1.) material costs being thru the roof. Once you get above 1.000" diameter in roundstock the costs start climbing dramatically and we are talking about a 2.75" round stock for these. I am pricing these in steel which is cheaper than aluminum, yet still pretty expensive (thanks China).
2.) the small quantity (20 pcs. = 10 sets) does not allow for a reasonable absorption of the setup time and costs. If we were looking at making 150-200 pcs at a time, then I could probably get to the target price, but not with 20.

Now, with that being said, I am trying to find a more economical way of doing these, but I don't see getting to the $10 per pair target price. If you guys are still interested at the approx. price of $10 PER washer, then let me know and I will continue forward with the project.
