Windshield install question

Hello All, haven't written in a long time, hope to do more in the future. I got to keep this brief. When installing deluxe trim windshield, what procedure is best used to get glass, trim, and rubber in. I've heard put everything together and use rope. Can the stainless trim be installed after windshield is installed? Some say to put rubber on cab then put glass in. I'm still waiting on trim to be delivered so we have a little time to drive ourselves crazy figuring this out, ha! Any help is much appreciated. Below are a few pics of the LONG, LONG journey. I've got to be on road by May 8, my daughter is graduating from college. I've already missed the high school graduation deadline, but that's another story.
