Cleaning Up Seat Springs

Removed all the old seat cover, now to clean up springs and frame. Picked it up free and it tilts forward, mine in my 71 does not tilt, the foam is in good shape and yes it was outside and has surface rust.
Any ideas, I may have to take it in and blast it, but the thought of all angles to clean up because of all the springs that it would take a lot of bead blasting to get it all.
