454 TBI performance help

I'm new to TBI and am going to do a cam, long tube headers, intake and maybe heads on my '89 454 tbi Burb, any suggestions from anyone experienced in this sort of area would be great, I have already ordered my intake, it is a dual plane edelbrock for an oval port BBC with a spreadbore flange, the stock tbi adapter bolts right to it. From what I have read the stock TB only flows 670cfm, which is very restrictive for a BBC, I would like to get around 375- 400hp out of this smog monster, I will be removing most of of the smog junk, and remove the coolant line from the TB spacer. Any other ideas??
