remote tranny cooler, worth it or not?

so my 81 has a tranny line problem. who ever pulled the tranny last just hacked up and spliced back together the hard lines. so now they leak every where. so my buddy's dad owns and runs a tranny shop and said he could custom bend what ever i wanted in order to get my tranny not to leak and also hide some of the lines in order to clean up my engine bay a bit. so now hears my question. should i just use the stock tranny cooler or should i go with something like this Amazon.com: Flex-a-lite 4190 Remote 6-Pass... Amazon.com: Flex-a-lite 4190 Remote 6-Pass... so i can totally hide all the tranny lines and also maybe have my tranny run a little bit cooler. thanks for the help guys
