Guidance Please, Ignition Problems

Howdy Experts, need some help.

I was driving yesterday, approaching an intersection and pulled my foot off the gas. The truck died and wouldn't restart. Got towed to the nearest gas station. Let it sit for about 20 minutes and it turned over and started for about a minute then died and wouldn't restart.

FYI this is a 350 w/HEI.

Based on the fact that it would cool down and start, but not run after heating up, I had the HEI control module tested and it failed, so replaced it. However, it still won't start. Doesn't even sound like it is getting a spark.

Any ideas where to go from here?

Thanks!!
