Ok went and took a look with my dad... now my dad thought the truck was junk, but I don't think so at all, for a vehicle of this era this thing was clean... the paint isn't so good, there are chips all over the place, the original color seems to be a rootbeer color, but the yellow is good enough I think... I love the looks of this truck. A 350 v8 with AC, and it runs good. The drawbacks were the heater fan didn't work so in a cold rainy day the windows fogged up right away. Then the turn signals didn't work. but the thing that did it in for me was the breaks, a vehicle that costs 5000 bucks should have breaks that work, The breaks were soft and when you'd apply breaks the whole truck would pull to the right, if you took your foot off the break and the put it back on, the peddle would be soft and you'd have no breaks at all... I was more looking for something that I could drive right now with no real work, and the price was too high in my opinion, so I took a pass on it, though I'm going to post the for sale sign in case any of you are interested. A couple questions, the doors on the side of the bed, what are they? What do you guys think of this thing... wheel wells are solid, the bed is solid steel bed, the inner wheel wells are solid, the thing runs good, sounds great! Its a pretty sweet truck. I didn't like the fact there were no seat belts and the steering wheel was right in my gut. Also that wheel isn't stock right?
