Can you lay on a 265/40/22?

Hey everybody, I just crossed over from fullsizechevy.com and have a question. I am buying parts to bag a 73-87 1/2 ton and am looking a wheels and tires. I am going with coys c-5s and yokohama parada spec-x tires. will a 265/40/22 lay in the from with a bodydrop to the rocker with the pinch weld gone? i know all about the Z and crossmember drop, i just need to know if a 30.5 in tire will physically fit under the hood? i know i will have to modify the hood hinges and stuff too. just checking before i buy, if they wont fit i am putting 255/45/20s on the front for a staggered look. thanks.
