Should I buy it?

1967 SWB Fleet side, non ac but factory vents were cut in. Has a built 454 with nice heads, I forgot the specs. Fresh paint a year ago, pearl teal. Truck has been in the garage ever since it got out of the paint booth. It has new door seals, weather strip, carpet, new rockers and cab corners installed, 3.73 and 4.11's new in box, 12 bolt and 9 inch rear ends, mini tubbed, new bumpers front and rear, weld drag stars, 2 sets of buckets (non buddy), all new emblems, tons of other stuff I've forgotten. The guy said it only needs a torque converter and to be assembled. I know I should have pics of this, but I don't....yet. I was to busy to go look at it today, but I plan on it soon. Luckily he's only about 10-15 minutes away. The guy wants $6,500 for it but said cash talks. What does everyone think of this. I know it's all speculation right now, but I'll try to get around to getting some pics soon.
