CAD software. Outa left field....

From time to time i see some guys posting cad renderings of parts.

I've got an idea for a couple of things i'd like to mock up 3d style.

I was wondering what programs are out there. I've seen a couple free 3d programs at download. .

Whats are you guys using. Whats more user friendly, low cost, or free?

I took 2 years of AutoCad 3 back in highschool. So i'm somewhat familiar with using it. But $1600 seems to be alot for jus a couple things.

I've been looking at Cadopia. Seems i can get a trial and still knock out what i need.

This is way off from rockers, dizzy timing, and new wheels. Sorry to intrude.
