New Guy

Just thought I'd say hi. My name is Jason. I'm 27. I live in southern California. Got a couple of squares.

'88 3/4 ton 4x Suburban. 3" Tuff Country lift. 33" Iroks. Other than than, stock as a rock and the most reliable truck I have ever had.

'77 1 ton crew cab dually. 6/8 Western Chassis drop. Future plans call for some Eagle Alloy 129/130's, rebuilt 454/400 & a Gear Vendors OD, stock trim, blazer tailgate band with flipped handle, etc. Picked it up bone stock in December of '07 and dropped it last month.

I've kinda got the bug to build a '73-'78 4x crew cab short bed for my wife when the dually is done. I'm still undecided on 1/2 or 3/4-1 ton running gear. Something tells be it'll be easier to find a 3/4-1 ton crew cab and shorten the frame, than it will to find a 1/2 ton shorty, then find a crew cab, then stretch the frame.
