Shock question.

Hey all.
I am running airbags on the rear with shock relocators. What is the right kind of shock to run. Can I run the standard shocks or do I need to go with a lowered shock? Wasn't there a post about sizes of different stock shocks that could be used instead of buying the aftermarket nitro, belltech and such shocks? I was working on the rear when and when I pulled the monroes I found out one of them is completely worn out. Can I just re-run what I had (monroes)? I am running the stock style monroes up front with drop spindle and 1" lowered springs. Is that okay?
