455 in a 70 C10?

Hey all... I was looking for some opinions... A friend at work is selling a 455 big block, with a 450 TH tranny... headers, carb, shift kit and drive shaft.... all for $600..... I have a 70 C10 begging for it.... The motor is out of a Pontiac, so I don't think it will be a straight swap.... Anyone know how difficult this will be? Anyone know of a reason why I shouldn't put it in my C10? Thanks!!!
