Rear bumper gaps

I asked this on another topic but it was not answered.

I just installed the rear bumper on my truck and it has almost no gap between the bumper and the tailgate. I was concerned about it but I don't know if it's right or wrong.

I saw this picture on another topic and noticed the gap is much more than mine. I can't lower the bumper on my truck at all.

Please don't take this question as me putting this truck down, I'm not!! This truck is beautiful.
