temp sender again

ok, thanks for the help. found it yesterday. now i am looking for the wire to it. i have never had a problem on small blocks, but this is crazy. shows in my schematics that it should be a dark green wire, as on all chevys. i don't even have a dark green wire coming through the fire wall at the quick plug. any ideas on this>? it was on and working before i changed the intake manifold, now it disappeared. only green wire i got in that area is at the a/c compressor. what a job this has turned into. only way i am going to get it done is keep thinking of that $3.45 a gallon gas.
