The Good, the Bad, the Ugly
The good... the big brown santa came to my house today, too. Dropped off five boxes from ECE.
The bad... air compressor had thrown the flywheel off the pump. The ugly... got the flywheel back on, spun it by hand to make sure of no grinding, bumping, etc. Looked and sounded good until I flipped the switch. About two seconds later, rod came through the block and chunks of aluminum bounced off my chest and elsewhere around my shop! AAAAARRRRRGGGGHHHH!!!!! Time to get a new pump! Otherwise, it was a lovely day.  Hope everybody going to Maggie Valley has a great weekend. Regards, Paul
