Is it necessary to ground the gas filler neck?
My filler set up is similar to the one pictured below. My thought about grounding is NO, because the metal tube is touching the metal bed which is grounded to the frame.
My thought of why it may need to be grounded is because of the rubber hose section between the filler and the tank.
