17's on a lowered 69 SWB
I have a 69 SWB with a 2.5/4 drop, '72 rear axle and '72 front disc brakes. I want to go with 17" Torque Thrust wheels.
I'm thinking 17X8 front, 17X9.5 rear wheels with 4.5" backspacing. Tires will be 255/60 front and 275/60 rear. I need to get the tire size and backspacing right the first time. Does all this sound right? Anyone got a picture with this combination?
