Another noob from So Cal

Hello everyone, been lurking for a while and thought I would join up to gather more info and be able to talk with everybody.
Have a few Chevy trucks, but the reason I joined here is my 71 1/2 ton longbed. It has a 350/350, quadrajet, HEI,12 bolt, PS/PB Yellow and white 2 tone. It is kind of rough but runs good.
Planned upgrades are a tilt column, wheels and tires, maybe rear discs and a locker, a 700r4, and a rear mounted gas tank.
A repaint is down the road but I want to install tan buckets a center console and a 91 S-10 steering wheel on the tilt column. Not sure of floor covering yet, either rubber or tan carpet.
