Destruction time. Oh yeah!!
For those who don't know, I bought this 71 camper - 402, TH400, a/c, and near perfect buckets (88K miles). My plans were to swap out motor with a 350, replace buckets with bench and resell. I had it listed here for sale and in local paper with no interest. Then I tried to sell just the camper off it and make a flatbed truck out of it. I could not give the camper away! With scrap prices up like they are, I decided to pull all the aluminum and copper tubing and wires off it and junk it! My wife and kids even helped. Once the precious metals were stripped, I was going to hook a chain to a section and yank it apart section at a time. To my suprise, the WHOLE thing ripped off the truck. I then piled all the wood up and burned it. Now all I have to do is find a metal bed to bolt to it!! Check out the pics!
