What to build

I am building a Propane motor and I was wanting some input on what to go with. I have a 350 to start with the casting on the block are 39GM3970010, and J241 I don't know if its a 4 bolt or not havent yanked the pan. I am wanting to make around 450hp, my question is should I make a stroker or spend the machining $$ to throw at more hp upgrades for a 350. Since LP is between 110-115 octane what cam, pistons, rod and so forth should I be running? Thanks for your help.

Should mention this is going to be a street strip application.
