body and paint guys I have a question

Whats the tool used to weld the little wires on to use the slide hammer and pull dents? Is there a specific name? i tried searching for it an found nothing. does anyone offer a kit that would have the welding end and the slide hammer that matches?

Also whats a good company or web site to get body working tools and supplies? I have tried doing body work in the past with fairly good results, but having the proper tools MAY make it much easier. In the past I used harbor freight dollies and hammers ect. You know the "one time use" tools.

Thanks in advace.
