Future is looking grim. Went to a late model show
This weekend I attended slammin and Jammin. Great show, nice venue, good entertainment.
But what bothered me was the attitudes, the trucks and the characters of the next generation. I know I am young but come on, the guys were dragging their show trucks? Cops had to pull people over that were doing this inside the fairgrounds?? What is wrong here? Secondly the burnout contest, tearing up your truck for tires??? I saw blown engines, trashed fenders? What the heck. Soneone explain this to me. Is this where ourt hobby is going. I love trucks, early, late model, whatever but what is wrong here?
