Driving Lights in the Bumper

Anyone put driving or fog lights in the openings of an '82 front bumper where the turn lights were supposed to go? I've found a bumper that's in nice shape at the pull-a-part and figured I'd swap it in.

The opening is around 8" x 3" and I can't seem to find a light that's close. I've looked though KC, Hella, PIAA and some other random/el cheapo ones. Worst case scenario, I can put the clear lenses on and run another headlight circuit and mount some aux headlights down low. Just a thought anyway. Anyone have any ideas for a light that fits sorta close?
