dooce Registered User Join Date: Aug 2007 Location: Tinker, OK Posts: 369	Long & Short Water Pumps im looking to buy a serpentine belt kit for my truck soon. The one I like says specifically for long water pumps, and I dont see a short pump version at all similiar. Is it alright to change my short pump to a long pump and change everything else to match? Its a '68 327 if that matters.
