Auto shift linkage in way of power brake booster
I am in the midst of changing my '70 to power disc brakes and it seems that the power brake booster will not mount against my firewall because my shift linkage on my steering column is in the way. I am using (or trying to) a brake booster from my parts truck, an 84 gmc half ton. Those of you that have a power booster on your automatic half tons, what did you do about this problem? Did you find a booster that fits? Thanks in advance.
