Converting 2WD cab to 4WD

Ok guys I have a question. Does anyone have any tips on putting a 2WD cab on a 4WD frame. I heard something about the 2 1/4" spacers for the back of the cab. I also know about putting the large 4WD hump in the 2WD cab. The hole has not been cut in the 2WD cab. Also I heard I will also need to do more work to the floor to make it fit.

Any ideas, suggestions, gripes, or criticism of any kind is welcomed.

Thanks Guys

Hey does anyone have a pic of a 4WD floor without the carpet and stuff???
