Talking Project truck pics

Well here is my 67 short stepside. I bought this truck 2 1/2 years ago and I think I am ready to start bringing it to life. I ran the block numbers and it is either a 230 or 250 ci inline six. Manual tranny rigged on the floor. Has rust that was duct taped (no bs) along the door sills. I plan on swapping the cab to big window cab. I would love to put in a big block but my wallet (wife) wont allow that for awhile. What kind of power can the 6 banger put out ? In the long run I want my son to be able to drive this to High School and enjoy it like he does my 72. Wish me luck. I am a tile guy/handyman with some mechanical abilities (at least I like to think so) This will probly take 3+ years I hope that soon.
