Busted tie rod?

Basically, I've been working to get the 16.5 x 9.75 rims with 33's on the truck...(Post pics later) I got some BB springs in last week to raise it up a bit , cut the front of the fender down so I could turn and not rub and found this...

I know the pics are kinda crappy sorry but, I did drive it a little while back with some other springs too tall for it but I just noticed this as I was about to get the tire back on and take it for a test drive. I had been buying pieces to rebuild the front end along with this but hadn't gotten everything yet. The DD has to go to the shop so, I was needing to drive the truck this week. Because its not sitting square with the spindle, did I bust that tie rod end?

If it don't have round headlights and a carb, I don't trust it!
