Mix & Match?

That is under the back of my 68 C-20. I think it's a 10 bolt/8.5 from a 77 to 91, but I'm not sure. Part of me wants to be convinced that it's the original axle (which means I haven't a clue what it is!) but then, the truck does have a 74 vintage 350 in it instead of the original 307, so who knows?

Anyone good at Iding these buggers?
