Need ideas for body work

Ok here is the situation. The drivers side fender has been replaced. While I had the fender being worked on I got the grill blasted and painted to. So those two panels are the best looking on the truck. The rest is not too good and here is a thread with some pics of the current status.

So I guess what I am asking is should go down to a body shop and say wet sand, spray, and clear so that it all looks the same and work on it as well, Or hold out and save up the $$$$$ to get the truck done right and all painted at the same time?

Decisions decisions..
