Cool Anyone want to try to put together a crew cab from 'burban budget?

Just curious. The recent crew cab pictures have given many of us the "I wants".

My suburban might be an excellent candidate. The rear quarters have the nastiest bondo job I've ever seen. Sound frame, all the options.

So, not considering a frame off/502/700r4 or anything really fancy, what do you guys think it would take to slice off the back, put on the back of another cab, somehow make the roof lines match, extend the frame/driveshaft, and put on a short bed?

I'd want mine in the original olive green with all the swank trim. Someone repainted the exterior on mine with a nasty dark green to hide the body work.

Thanks very much.
