working on truck today, found nasty stuff... :whine:

well i got off work early today and tried to get a few things done on the truck and found some crappy stuff. I was taking out the stock trailing arms and springs to do my C-notch and install the CPP arms and slam bags when noticed that the upper spring perch is rusted pretty much through and is falling to pieces. being bummed about that, i moved onto another area since I had a helper show up. Decided to start removing the old busted windshield and some of the interior stuff in anticipation of pulling the cab here in a few weeks. well once the glass was out, I noticed that the whole top side of the flange is rusted and is gone by the passenger side corner. I'll post pics in a few minutes, but what are your thoughts on this? new cabs are not easy to find here in florida, heck parts in general are not easy to find and if you do, they are a fortune...
