fix the fitment of the dash on a 61????

Ok so on my truck the dash center seams to fit very poorly. theres a pretty good size gap and its not level with the side portions that are a part of the cab.

Has anyone else had this and fixed it or better yet smoothed it completly?

I know it seams kinda trivial but I just know I will notice it EVERY time I get in the truck.

I can snap a pic in case anyone doesnt know what im talking about.

Ill have to get better pics in daylight but this is the driver side and pass side is a little bit worse.
