T350 Floor Shifter for a 65' C10?

The guy that ripped my truck off tore up the steering column and it’s going to be too much of a hassle trying to get the original linkage working. I was wondering if anyone’s got any experience in installing a floor shifter for a three-speed-automatic?

This is the one I’m considering:

Part Number: HUU-3838520 / Hurst V-Matic 2 Shifter

Hurst 3838520: $215.95

Any knowledge will be greatly appreciated.
