New poly tank is in finally..
Well after this tank sitting in my closet for 2 years I finally got around to installing it.. It went in pretty good I replaced all the fuel lines except the ones running to the filler neck which I will do asap. This is the 1st time I have been able to fill up my blazer with-out gas leaking from every hose. I do have 3 complaints though..
1 the ploy tank dont hold its shape very well...... 2 I could not find new pads for the tank straps..anyone know where I can get em? 3 the new tank straps mount to the frame but I just could not get em to look nice??? maybe some plack paint is in order... Last items I need are new fuel filler hose and a new locking gas cap.. If anyone sees anything I may have done wrong please let me know.. Next project lokar tranny linkage install and a wash and wax...
