what year ps pump?

hey all,

I was hoping some one could tell me what year power steering set-up I have.
The vin on the cab says 1967 but someone told me that my frame must be a 1968 due to the indent for the steering box?

another question, is the pump in the reservoir or is that the pump in the steering box?







last question, what would you call the seal where I have the arrow pointing? I'm leaking pretty bad there, does the steering box need to be pulled right apart or can the seal be changed easily?
