Parallel 4-link questions

I'm planning on running a parallel 4-link with the frame I'm building for my truck. The frame rails are 30 inches to the outside and 26 on the inside. This leaves about 21 inches from the outside of the frame rails to the bedside on each side. Right now I'm gonna run about a 10 inch wide tire, but I want to be able to run a wider tire, maybe a 15 inche wide tire in the future. How could I set this up for it to work, I still want good cornering, don't know if it would work putting the bags between the rail or right under the rails.
