bagging the front of a 61

First off please dont tell me to swap a-arms. Im already commited to the stock ones. I already have 6 lug disk conversion with 2.5" drop spindles and new ball joints.

It seams to me the easiest way to bag it would be a plate on the bottom of the a-arm with a cup for the bag, then a top bag mount on the crossmember as usual.

Questions:
Is the bottom of the a-arm going to be too low for the bottom bag mount? Should I go mid way on the a-arm ratrher than the bottom? I read the bottom of the bag just rests in the cup no bolts or anything? Seams both 6 and 7 inch bags are popular are there pros and cons to both?
Any other sugestions? Ideas?
