Could it be I'm falling in love with another?

Well guys, I've discovered a decent 71 Blazer in the area that I am most interested in purchasing. However due to the ever so common problem is that I would need to sacrifice my truck in order to do this. I was hoping I could get some feed back as to what you all thought my current truck might be worth if I was to actually post it here (yes I know, I need to be registered) as well as advertise elsewhere. I know it always depends on the area and it's only worth what someone will pay for it. Just trying to get a ball park figure so I can justify whether or not I could get this sold in the next couple months and purchase this K-5 I am interested in.

It started life with me a year and a half ago as a 1970 3/4 ton 2 wheel drive, 4 speed, low option farm truck with only 58K on the clock. Solid almost rust free truck (rockers and cab corners pitted) and had some holes in the bed floor. I have since swapped the body on to a 71' 4x4 frame all coated with POR15, with new disk brakes and brake lines, u-joints and exhaust. I also swapped the original 350 with a nice running low mileage 400 SB which was gone thru about 50k miles ago with new bearings and rings, double roller timing chain, new cam, and capped off with an Eldebrock performer. It's still backed by a 4 speed but has the Rockwell transfer case. All functions great but I haven't done any off roading with it since it was put back together. I still have the original 350 which can be made part of the deal for what that's worth. I also recently swapped the beat up original bed for a clean rust free bed which is now in primer. I have left the cab/front clip untouched and as you can see it still holds a decent shine for a 38 year old. Other than the rockers/cab corners this cab is clean. No rust on the floor/cab supports/brackets or front fenders and it's been undercoated since. I have kept everything stock including the engine compartment. Despite the fact that it is registered as a C-20 not the K-20 that it now is, it looks like an original 3/4 ton 4x4.. There are a few minor dings yet to be smooted but a very solid truck to be finished. It is my intention to do so but again my heart is with a Blazer someday.

What do you all think I could start asking for this truck here in the midwest?
